World War 2 live artillery shell found today while fencing by road below the famous Belle Tout lighthouse.  8" x 3" and probably Canadian.
World War 2 live artillery shell found today while fencing by road below the famous Belle Tout lighthouse. 8″ x 3″ and probably fired by the Canadians.  (Bomb Disposal Engineers later identified it as a ‘spent solid metal shell round’).
